Deposit, Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy

‘Ours bills aren’t cancelled when you cancel’

We ask for kindness and understanding when it comes to our deposit, cancellation and missed appointment policy.

At the time of making your booking we require a non refundable 50% deposit to be paid within 24 hours to secure your booking request.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice to ensure you will not be charged for your appointment and that we are able to fill your time slot with another waiting client.

Please note messages left on our phone after hours will be listened to from 9am the next business day.

Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit your deposit, unless special circumstances need to be considered.

Missed Appointments (this includes clients that show up late) will be charged 100% of full service and may be refused rescheduling, unless special circumstances need to be considered.

Those who prepay scheduled appointments or are using a Hussh Gift Voucher and miss their appointment/cancel with less than 48 hours notice/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit 100% of their service payment.

If Hussh cancels your appointment due to staff illness or unavailability, you will not be charged for that appointment and we will discount or extend your rescheduled treatment.

Your time with us is valued and we work hard to provide a high level of service and care for our community. We hope with such policies in place we can continue to uphold our standards and exceed your expectations when pampering you at Hussh.

Appointment Information

  • You will receive a booking reminder message with links to complete or update your consultation form & health agreement, please make sure to have these completed before arrival.

  • Please arrive 20/30 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out any necessary forms over a cup of herbal tea or water in our Zen Lounge. This ensures our therapist are able to utilise your whole appointment time for treatments. If you do arrive late unfortunately your treatment time will be affected to ensure our next patiently waiting clients are not left waiting.

  • We accept payment by Cash, EFTPOS, After-pay, or Timelypay.

  • We ask that all mobile phones are switched off before entering the spa to create a relaxing and enjoyable environment for all.

  • We aim to provide a relaxing and therapeutic environment for adults. Treatments and facilities are not suitable for children under 16 years old.

  • Our menu is designed to be enjoyed as a couples or group experience, with our beautifully appointed double massage rooms, couples retreat suite with bath, double rain shower or double aromatherapy shower. It is the perfect excuse to enjoy your spa treatment with your loved one for that extra special bonding time.

  • While we endeavour to keep the web site and price lists up to date, management reserves the right to change treatments and prices from time to time and without notice. In the unlikely chance that you are unhappy with your service please contact the Spa on 0419374312 within seven days of your appointment so we can rectify your experience.
