Pregnancy Spa Treatments
Not all spa treatments are suitable during pregnancy.
We do not offer Heat Treatments that would elevate your core body temperature such as the Vichy Shower, Hydrotherapy Bath, Sauna, Body Wraps, Scrubs or Hot Stones.
Skin during pregnancy can be prone to sensitivities so we suggest avoiding abrasive treatments like microdermabrasion and retinoids (chemical peels).
Our Pregnancy Massage Trained Therapists use pregnancy pillows and special towel techniques to allow you to lay safely on your belly.
